At Hulson Homes LLC, our primary goal is to help remove as much stress as possible from the lives of our homeowners so that they can have the same positive real estate experience that they were after from the start. Many people see owning a piece of investment property as something of an uphill battle. At every turn you’re fighting against the amount of money that you have to spend to maintain the property, to get it ready for renting, to find the right tenant and more. All of this can severely eat into your bottom line and make you question why you ever attempted to do such a thing in the first place.

At Hulson Homes, we’ve got decades of experience in the real estate industry and we know how to run a property on a daily basis. We’ll put our vast network of resources to work for you to not only save you money, but also time. We’ll market the property so that you don’t have to. You don’t have to worry about going out of your way to find the right tenant or family to live in your property – we’ll bring them right to you. We’ll continue to work with that tenant on a daily basis to help make sure that everything is taken care of. If they make a late rent payment, we’ll handle it. If any damage is caused to the property, we’ll handle it. The only thing that you have to worry about is watching your mailbox for the financial statement that we’ll send you on a monthly basis. It really is that simple.
